take personalised private classes in the convenience of a chosen location, which can be your home, outdoors or workplace. All classes are tailored your needs. You can choose the time and the frequency of the classes
Who can have private classes?
All ages, health condition and fitness level are welcomed, because the classes are going to be designed for you, uniquely.
If you have individual goals, want to deepen your studies in yoga you or having/recovering from any injuries the private classes provide a supporting and inspiring atmosphere with a highly skilled yoga teacher.
How does private classes work?
- For the first meeting I suggest to do a short consultation before the yoga class where we can get to know each other and discuss the requirements regarding the type of classes, possible goals or any health conditions that might apply
- The consultation takes about 20 minutes and it’s completely free
- Then book your classes with me via email, mobile or Facebook at least 2 days in advance
How does the yoga class look like?
- Type of classes can range from slow paced, meditative to energising and active
- On the consultation or at booking the type of the class will be discussed. Usual duration is between 75 minutes to 90 minutes
- Wear clothes in what you can move freely, without any restriction
- For example shorts, leggings, sweatpants, singlet, t shirt or long-sleeve
- A yoga mat is desirable but not essential, I have spare ones what I can lend to you
