Onsite yoga classes tailored to your needs
so you and your employees can enjoy the benefits of yoga in the convenience of your workplace. Typical corporate yoga class runs for about 60 to 90 minutes and includes postures, relaxation, breathing techniques and tips on how to reduce stress, minimise health problems associated with extended periods of time at a computer screen or sitting at a desk
The classes are instructed by a skilled and experienced teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance International. With over four years’ experience teaching diverse classes, I’ll customise the yoga classes to suit your company’s core values, staff needs and requirements. The classes can range from the slow and meditative to energising and active and suites all ages, capabilities and fitness level.
Yoga classes may take place in a boardroom, function room or multipurpose space. Class times can be in the morning, before work, at lunch time or in the early evening after work. Onsite classes eliminate the travel time so it helps to maximise employee’s free time.

How Siyala is different from other offers
Most corporate yoga services offer a fixed term service, about 8 weeks or so. However the practice of yoga reveals its benefits better on a long term. For this reason I would love to work with the group of employees on a longer term, with a regular ongoing basis. The frequency of the classes are up to you, it can be weekly, fortnightly or even monthly.
You get the flexibility from dealing with a small studio as well.
