I truly believe that yoga is for everyone. Therefore I started this Meetup group where I do donation based yoga classes every week

The only one who can’t do yoga is the one who doesn’t want to – as they say. It doesn’t matter if you’re not flexible, haven’t ever done yoga before or might have a healing injury. There are versions to every posture to suit everyone’s own level or condition.

  • If you have any health conditions or injuries, pain, something just tell me before coming to class so I can show you the modified versions of postures etc.

  • The  group is free to join, so please feel free to join!

 

Everybody is welcome, bring your friends, parents, kids (12+ yrs because it’s a 90min long led class, it might be too long and boring for the youngers), pets (probably not the goldfish), flatmates, neighbors!

 

 

Please notify me if you’d like to attend to the class (via email, FB message, ect.) or RSVP on the Meetup site, so in case of the class is being cancelled due weather conditions I can let you know in time.
