Bok choy stir fry with caramelized onion, mushroom and red bean

One of my favorite food to make is stir fry, because it’s easy, delicious and fast. Just wash/peel the veggies from the fridge. Chop them and put them in a frying pan.

Sooo easy! Sooo many options and flavours to try! 

If you’re getting bored with the usual stir fry try out new veggie combinations. Or use different spices that you usually use. Try new oils or sauces! Coconut oil is really healthy and makes the food a little different – I love to use it with yellow curry spice.
