About me
Sports and movement became big part of my life from an early age. As a kid I was figure skating and taking dance classes, which I really enjoyed. Through my teenage and young adult ages I was trying out different sport, but mostly aerobics, then I came across my first yoga class accidentally. It sounds like a cliche, but it really did change my life.
It was the first place for a long time for me where I could absolutely switch off my problems, what I was anxious about and my fears. For that 90 minutes it was just movements and breathing, ending with a nicely stretched (ad sweaty) body and a clearer mind. So I started to attend yoga classes more often.
Then I met my first ashtanga teacher, Ricardo Martinez. I had my ever first ashtanga class with him, which was an amazing experience, falling in love with the practice. Me, the highly sceptic person started her (more) spiritual journey, slowly, and from there there was no stopping.
Teaching has always been an important part of my life, I want to use my knowledge and experiences to help people achieve work/life balance. What motivates me is the joy I feel when helping and mentoring others and seeing them enjoy their practice and the benefits from it.
