The Dharma Bums is an Australian yoga and active wear retailer. But they are not like any other average retailer. At Dharma Bums every garment is made by keeping a strict ethical code. Not only the DB but they only work with manufacturers and other companies who share their values too. If you want to know more check out their website here.
So one day they made an inspirational video with Allessandro Sigsmondi featuring lots of beautiful yogis. Ashtanga practitioners such as Kino MacGregor, Laruga Glaser, Deepika Mehta. I love to see these amazing people or read their posts on some social media. Somehow they can always say something that keeps me thinking or gives me that ‘aaaaaha – now I’m getting closer to get it’ moments which is precious, because they are sharing many years of experience.
And there’s more yogis in the video as well. All of them with a different background and different stories how they started yoga, what was their approach to yoga in the beginning. Still all of them describing their practice the same way, with the same love shows that it doesn’t matter where you come from, what you’re carrying your practice will be yours and only for you. Uniting you with the real you – yoga is union, just like they say it in the video.
