The first non-Saturday class will be quite soon, on the

6pm 8.12.15. Tuesday.

The weekday donation classes are going to be announced weekly in the Meetup gruop, then here and Facebook. If you’d like to attend please join the Meetup group and RSVP there or send me an email/text/FB msg, so I can count with you and let you in case of the class being cancelled for some reason (weather ect).

Everything else is the same. Same spot at Rushcutters Bay Park, same routine, same teacher…

If you enter the park from New South Head Road go on the straight walkpath to the bay/water, we’ll be on the left side, on the grass, near the outdoor training minipark. Between the canal – walk path – bay.

 

Time

6pm 8th December, Tuesday

 

Bring

– comfortable clothing, in what you’re able to move freely
– yoga mat if you have /camping mat/big towel if you don’t
– small towel for your hands/face
– bottle of water for hydration after the class

 

Before class

– yoga is best if you don’t eat 3-4 hours before, so you’re stomach should be empty

not drinking too much 20-30 mins before, so you don’t have to run to the toilet during class

 

Others

The class is by donation, but donation can be anything. If you have any (health) conditions that I should be aware of please tell me before class. With showing up you agree that you’re attending the class by your own responsibility.

In the first trimester yoga should not be practised for the child’s sake.
